Last time, I wrote about the Find Transactions feature and different ways to look at your desktop. I mentioned before that I tend to be impatient on the computer. I frequently have 1 hand on the keyboard and the other on the mouse so I can do whatever is quickest! Today I’d like to give you keystroke tips – and they all use the Ctrl key.

Ctrl + A | Open Chart of Accounts |
Ctrl + C | Copy |
Ctrl + D | Delete check invoice transaction or item from list |
Ctrl + F | Find transaction |
Ctrl + G | Go to register of transfer account |
Ctrl + H | History of A/R or A/P transaction |
Ctrl + I | Create Invoice |
Ctrl + J | Open Customer Center/(Customers:Jobs list) |
Ctrl + L | Open List (for current drop-down menu) |
Ctrl + M | Memorize transaction or report |
Ctrl + N | New invoice, bill, check, or list item in context |
Ctrl + P | |
Ctrl + Q | QuickReport on transaction or list item |

Ctrl + S | Show list |

So which one is your favorite?
